Further Activities
Miyashita appeared in the BS-TBS TV program “Nihon meikyoku album (Japanese masterpieces album)” as a member of the Showa Academia Musicae Chorus for 4 years.
As a concert soloist, he has performed in various concerts with different orchestras in Japan, including the Filharmonia Tama Subscription Concert, the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra’s 18th Fresh Concert, the Gunma Symphony Orchestra’s “Otona mo ongaku kyoshitu (Music class for adults as well),” and the Kamakura Performing Arts Center’s “Daiku (Beethoven’s 9th Symphony) Concert.” Regarding opera stages, he has been highly acclaimed in major roles of various productions, such as Marcello in “La Bohème” and Belcore in “L’elisir d’amore.” In 2023, he appeared for the first time in the Tokyo Nikikai Opera Foundation’s opera stage “La traviata” as Commissioner, followed by “Don Carlo” as six Flemish deputies, Carmen as Morales. In October 2025, he made his Europe debut in “Don Giovanni” as Masetto at Teatro de la Maestranza in Spain.
