Further Activities

In 2022, Li released his first solo album from the Central Conservatory of Music (Beijing, China), followed by his solo recital at the conservatory the next year.
In 2024, he participated in Dag JENSEN’s masterclass at the University of Music and Theatre Munich (Germany).
Since 2022, he is the associate principal bassoonist of the China National Center for the Performing Arts Orchestra.

Repertoire

Li’s repertoire includes bassoon concertos in various styles written by composers such as Mozart, Hummel, Weber, Rossini, Vivaldi, Telemann, Devienne, Tansman, Berwald. In addition, he is actively working on signature contemporary pieces such as Holliger’s 3 pieces for bassoon and Bernaud’s Hallucinations, as well as chamber, solo, and arranged pieces.
