Kajita sang the national anthem of Japan at the opening ceremony of:
- Aichi regionals for the National High School Baseball Championship of Japan in 2003
- Major League Baseball Japan All-Star Series in 2004.
Her understudy career in Tokyo Nikikai Opera Theatre's performances includes:
- "Il trovatore" in 2016 as Leonora's second cover
- "Der Freischütz" in 2018 as Agathe's first cover
- "Il trittico" in 2018 as Giorgetta and Angelica's first cover
- "Madama Butterfly" in 2019 as Cio-Cio-San's first cover.
