Participant: Age 50 and above (Free invitation for those aged 65 and above), Companion: 1 person aged 20 and above per participant * Companions can also join the workshop with participants. * Participants can attend without companions. * The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event. Participants or companions other than those of the eligible ages are not admitted. * We may verify the attendee’s age at ticket purchase or the venue on the day of the event. |

The submitter’s name, postal code, address, and telephone number Returning-side/Back: Blank Returning-side/Front: The submitter’s postal code, address, and name * Invitees will be determined by lot if the application number exceeds the limit. * Transfer and resale of the invitation is prohibited. * The postage price will increase starting on Oct 1. Please make sure to use a postcard with an 85yen stamp. |

* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese. * Check-in place: Rehearsal Building Entrance (Right side of the Main Hall day ticket booth) * There will be an event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket) at check-in. Please allow enough time to get into the reception. * Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. * Please join with easy-to-move outfits. * The program is subject to change under certain circumstances. * Child care service is available.
