Please follow the below measures to help prevent the COVID-19 spread. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated. ⁃ Our staff members conduct temperature screening with thermal imaging cameras for all those who are entering the venue. If you have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher, you are not allowed to enter the venue. ⁃ We ask you not to come to the venue if you seem to have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, or simply not feeling well. ⁃ Wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth. If you attend with small children who have difficulty with wearing masks, please show consideration for others. ⁃ Wash and disinfect your hands frequently. Hand sanitizers are placed at the reception desk. ⁃ We will partially change the seating arrangement and stage direction to maintain social distancing. ⁃ We will not have photo shooting after the workshop for the time being. ⁃ No beverage is sold in the Recital Hall area. ⁃ The cloakroom is closed except for large luggage. |

Each workshop is prepared only for the admission ages. Small children excluding the admission ages such as participants’ siblings are not allowed to attend the workshop. Your understanding would be highly appreciated |

⁃ It requires some time for event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket). Please allow enough time to get into the venue. Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop starts. ⁃ Check-in booth: Foyer of Recital Hall ⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. * The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event. * Nursing room is available. (only the class for 6-35 months) * Please join with easy-to-move outfits. * There are certain movements for a group of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion. * The program is subject to change under certain circumstances. * Child care service is available.
