Next Creation Program
Team Up for Opera!—PR Work Challenge: “Let people know about the opera”

Let’s learn how to create engaging social media posts that can reach tons of people! We can do this by snapping some great photos and gathering information about the opera performance rehearsals and workshops. This is an exciting step towards becoming an influencer!

* It is preferable to be able to attend all the scheduled rehearsal dates.

• About the Program
Participants will learn public relations skills to engage audiences by taking photographs and gathering information during rehearsals and workshops for Team Up for Opera! Naita Aka Oni—The Red Ogre in Tears, under the guidance of the lecturer.
* Participants will attend the performance as the audience.

• Maximum number of participants
Approx. 5
* Participants will be determined by lot if the number of applications exceeds the limit.

• Participation fee
1,650yen

Mon, May 12, 2025 12:00–Fri, Jun 20, 2025 18:00 (The acceptance/rejection notification will be sent in early July.)

Application Form (The form is only in Japanese. The link will be available once the application opens.)

⁃ You will receive the notification of application completion by email once you submit the form. To ensure that you receive emails from us, please add the domain “@t-bunka.jp” to the whitelist such as approved sender list you have enabled on your email setting.
⁃ One application is valid per person.
⁃ The acceptance/rejection notification will be sent by email in early July.
⁃ Participants will be notified by mail with enclosed information on paying the participation fee. Please process the payment following the information. Those who are not accepted will be notified by email. Please contact us if you do not receive any notification after Thu, Jul 10.

• Please Note
* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese.
* Caregivers are required to purchase tickets if they wish to attend the opera performance. Please note that we cannot arrange seats next to the workshop participants.
* We do not answer any inquiries on the result of the drawing lot.
* The program is subject to change under certain circumstances.

• About Next Creation Program
The Next Creation Program is an experience-based arts and culture program targeted at children undertaken by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture. Young participants can receive guidance from leading professionals in various fields, engaging in hands-on creative experiences tailored to their interests. This approach enables them to learn at a deeper and more advanced level. Understanding and nurturing the children’s dreams in the arts and culture and their personalities, the program aims to help develop thriving talents.
