Shinjuku Kumin Opera "Un ballo in maschera" as Oscar

Further Activities

Previously performed in numerous concerts in Japan and overseas. Notably, concerts in St. Andrews, Canada have been televised and draw attention. Washio has been actively working on not only large concerts but also mini-concerts to directly interact with the audience.
Currently she is a member of the Tokyo Nikikai Opera Foundation.

Repertoire

Italian, German and French operas and operettas. In particular, coloratura and soubrettes requiring lyrical technique are a strength of mine. I am also strong in Japanese, German and French vocal music. And many other pieces such as Beethoven’s 9th and Brahms, Fauré and Mozart’s Requiem, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, Bach’s Mass C Minor, Magnificat and Mahler’s Symphony No. 4.
