Previously, studied under KAWAI Sayoko, KAWAKAMI Hisao, KOBAYASHI Mie, SHIMIZU Takashi, Dong-Suk KANG. Currently, studies under TAMAI Natsumi, TOKUNAGA Tsugio, WATANABE Reiko.

2015 1st place and Television KANAGAWA Award, String Category, Middle School Division, the 17th Japan Player's Competition
2016 1st place, String Category, High School Division, the 10th Beten Music Competition
2017 Grand prize of High School Division and Grand Prix of String Category, the 18th Senzoku Gakuen Junior Music Competition
2018 Took a master class of Vadim REPIN at Trans-Siberian Art Festival in Japan
2nd place, Iwatani Prize (audience award), and Kuroyanagi Prize, Violin Category, the 87th Music Competition of Japan
2019 Appeared in NHK FM's program "Recital Passio"
2020 2nd Place, String Section, the 18th Tokyo Music Competition

Further Activities

Previously, Sasaki has performed with the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra led by TAKASEKI Ken and the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra led by TSUNODA Kosuke.
She is a scholarship recipient of the Yamaha Music Foundation in 2019 and 2020.
She plays J.B.Vuillaume violin on loan from the Bear International Society in U.K., provided through Bunkyo Gakki.

Repertoire

My focus on study ranges widely from Baroque to modern to contemporary. Especially, I am familiar with Classical pieces, Tchaikovsky's works, and Ysaÿe's Sonatas for Solo Violin.
