2000 Won Encouragement Award at the 7th Japanese trombone competition
2002 Won Excellence Award at the 9th TIAA All Japan Classical Music Concert
2005 Won the 1st Trombone Quartet Competition in Zipang (Japan) ;
took master classes of Kuwata Akira at the Hamamatsu International Wind Instrument Academy and Festival;
Tied 2nd Place, Brass Section, the 3rd Tokyo Music Competition

Further Activities

Began learning trombone from 12 years of age

Repertoire

A wide range from classical to modern and contemporary pieces, performing in various styles including chamber ensemble and orchestras
