2006 Graduated top of class from Heisei College of Music winning the Principal Award
Currently a member of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force JASDF Central Band


Studied bassoon under Nagae Keiko and Magome Isamu

2001 Excellence Award with Superintendent of Education of Hyogo Prefecture Prize, Woodwind Category, High School Division, the 6th Kobe International Students' Music Competition
2nd Place (1st Place not awarded), Woodwind Category, High School Division, the 11th Japan Classical Music Competition
2002 2nd Place (1st Place not awarded), Woodwind Category, College Division, the 12th Japan Classical Music Competition
2003 Took Dag Jensen's master class at the 9th Hamamatsu International Wind Instrument Academy and Festival
2004 3rd Place, Wind Section, the 2nd Tokyo Music Competition
2nd Place (1st Place not awarded), the 7th Chang River International Music Competition (Japan)
Performed with Heisei College of Music Orchestra led by Volker Renicke
2005 1st Place, Woodwind Category, the 10th Concert Marronnier 21
2006 Performed at the 126th Japan Federation of Musicians Recommended New Artists Concert led by Kuroiwa Hideomi with the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra
Performed with the Nasu Philharmonic Orchestra led by Enkoji Masahiko
Performed at the Heisei College of Music graduation concert
Performed in the 76th Yomiuri Debut Concert
Performed with the Tochigi Symphony Orchestra led by Suehiro Makoto

Further Activities

From 11 years of age joined the Kitakyushu City Junior Orchestra and began learning the bassoon.


Working extensively on pieces from Baroque to Modern and Contemporary in various styles including chamber music, wind orchestras and orchestras.
