Repertoire

I am trying to build a repertoire of music from classics to contemporary to convey the charm of countertenor, for example I am challenging myself with songs from Schumann's works to R. Quilter's modern works to A. Reimann's contemporary works and others such as Brahms' Two songs for an alto voice with viola and piano etc. I am also widening my recital repertoire to also include Japanese works.
I am also focusing on the field of early music through Bach and Handel's church cantata's and oratorios as well as ensembles, Monteverdi's madrigals and lute songs.
