⁃ Our staff members conduct temperature screening for all those who are entering the venue. If you have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher, we ask you not to attend the workshop.

⁃ Refrain from coming to the venue if you seem to have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, or simply not feeling well.

⁃ Wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth. If you attend with small children who have difficulty with wearing masks, please show consideration for others.

⁃ Wash and disinfect your hands frequently. Hand sanitizers are placed at the reception desk.

⁃ We will partially change the seating arrangement and stage direction to maintain social distancing.

⁃ We will not have photo shooting after the workshop for the time being.

If you wish to get a refund for your tickets, please follow the below steps during the designated period.

(The request submission must be postmarked by the deadline.)

How to request a refund (By post only)

Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

* Used tickets are not refundable. Refunds will only be provided for tickets with a stub attached.

* If you have not collected the tickets at a 7-Eleven shop yet, please make sure to collect them by the ticket-issuing due date. The tickets are also required for those who request a refund. You cannot get the ticket issued after the due date.

Refund Period

You will receive a refund in your designated bank account in about two months after the box office receives your tickets.

Each workshop is prepared only for the admission ages. Small children excluding the admission ages such as participants’ siblings are not allowed to attend the workshop. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

⁃ The workshop is conducted only in Japanese.

⁃ It requires some time for event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket) and for moving to the rehearsal room. Please allow enough time to get into the venue.

⁃ Check-in booth: Rehearsal Building Entrance (Right side of the Main Hall door tickets counter)

⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials.

*The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event.

*Nursing room is available.

*Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop has started. Please allow enough time to get into the venue.

*Please join with easy-to-move outfits.

*There are certain movements for a pair of one child and one companion during the workshop. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.

*Due to unavoidable circumstances, all workshop programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations.

*Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. A limited number of children is accepted.)
