The Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Workshop Leaders and the Tokyo Music Competition winners guide you to the world of opera. Which you will totally immerse yourself in, moving and singing to the elegant and delicate music beautifully harmonized by soprano and baritone singers.

*Companions (Junior high school students or older) are required to pay the participation fee.

Application

Application period: open until Mon, Jan 20, 2020


Please fill out and submit the application form. (The form is provided only in Japanese.) The participants must pay the fee at the venue on the workshop day.


*The lottery drawing will be conducted if the number of application exceeds the limit. If there is a remaining number of participants, the door tickets will go on sale.


*The result of the lottery drawing will be sent to all the applicants by email.


Other Information

To caregivers

Each workshop is prepared only for the admission ages. Small children excluding the admission ages such as participants’ siblings are not allowed to attend the workshop. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.


*Companions must be junior high school students or older.


On participating in workshops:

⁃ The workshops are conducted only in Japanese.


⁃ The check-in will start 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.


⁃ The participants’ companions must also join the workshop.


⁃ Nursing room is available. (only classes for 6-35 months)


⁃ The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event.


⁃ Please join with easy-to-move outfits.


⁃ Due to unavoidable circumstances, all workshop programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations.


⁃ Each workshop runs for about 45 minutes. Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop has started.


⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials.


⁃There are certain movements for a pair of one child and one companion during some of the workshops. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.


⁃Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. A limited number of children is accepted.)
