[For participants with a hearing impairment] The body-sensible acoustic device “Huggable Speaker HugMe” (about 20 devices) will be available for participants with a hearing impairment. The device is a pillow-sized and weighed speaker with a body-sensible vibrating system installed. In addition to the sound of instruments, it sends users the same vibration that the performer physically feels when they play the instruments. Therefore, persons with a hearing impairment can feel the sound and melody with their bodies. If you wish to participate in the workshop with this device, please make sure to purchase “Speaker Seat” ticket at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office. Please note that the seat will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. |

⁃ The check-in will start 30 minutes prior to the designated start time. ⁃ Check-in booth: Tokyo Bunka Kaikan: Recital Hall Foyer ⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. *The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event. *Nursing room is available. *Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop has started. Please allow enough time to get into the venue. *Please join with easy-to-move outfits. *There are certain movements for a pair of one child and one companion during some of the workshops. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion. *Due to unavoidable circumstances, all workshop programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations. *Child care service is available.
