Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Music Workshop delivers programs that deaf/hard-of-hearing and hearing people can enjoy together!

Please follow the below measures to help prevent the COVID-19 spread. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.

⁃ Our staff members conduct temperature screening for all those who are entering the venue. If you have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher, you are not allowed to enter the venue. Also, if one of your participating group members has a fever, we ask the rest of the members not to attend.

⁃ We ask you not to come to the venue if you seem to have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, or simply not feeling well.

⁃ Wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth. If you attend with small children who have difficulty with wearing masks, please show consideration for others.

⁃ Wash and disinfect your hands frequently. Hand sanitizers are placed at the reception desk.

⁃ We will partially change the seating arrangement and stage direction to maintain social distancing.

⁃ No beverage is sold in the Recital Hall area.

⁃ The cloakroom is closed except for large luggage.

* The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event.

Participants or companions other than those of the eligible ages are not admitted.

* We may verify the attendee’s age at ticket purchase or the venue on the day of the event.

* If the tickets for the class [2] remain until Sat, Apr 30, hearing persons can also purchase the tickets.

* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese.

* Check-in place: Foyer of Recital Hall

* The seat number will be assigned at check-in. Please come to the reception with the full members of the attending group.

* There will be an event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket) at check-in. Please allow enough time to get into the reception.

* Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity and other materials.

* Please join with easy-to-move outfits.

* There are certain movements for a pair of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.

* The program is subject to change under certain circumstances.

* Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. Limited number of children is accepted.)
