Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

Your name (Japanese phonetics included)
Your telephone number
The total number of your purchased tickets
Your bank account information (Please leave a note if you do not have your bank account in Japan.); bank name, branch name, account holder (Japanese phonetics included), account type (checking or savings), account number

* Please note that your tickets will not be reimbursed in case the mail is not delivered to the Box Office.

Costs you get refunded
1. Ticket Cost

2. Specific service fees (The consumption tax rate is determined as of the date you have purchased
the tickets.)

⁃ Those who purchased via 7-Eleven: ticket issuing fee ([100yen + tax] per ticket), payment service fee ([150yen + tax] per transaction)
* In case you have purchased with other performances’ tickets together, you get refunded only the ticket issuing fee.

⁃Those who purchased by bank transfer: postage fee ([473yen+ tax] per ticket)
* In case you have purchased with other performances’ tickets together, you do not get the postage fee refunded.

3. Postage fee for sending back tickets (in case you mailed to return your tickets)
