If you wish to get a refund for your tickets, please follow the below steps during the designated period.


 


Period for accepting refund requests:


Until Monday, August 31, 2020


(The request submission must be postmarked by the deadline.)


 


How to request a refund (By post only)


Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.


*Used tickets are not refundable. Refunds will only be provided for tickets with a stub attached.

Your telephone number


The total number of your purchased tickets


Your bank account information (Please leave a note if you do not have your bank account in Japan.): bank name, branch name, account holder (Japanese phonetics included), account type (checking or savings), account number

Refund Period


You will receive a refund in your designated bank account in about two months after the box office receives your tickets.


Other Information

Notice to all workshop attendees

Please follow the below precautions. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.


⁃ Our staff members conduct temperature screening for all those who are entering the venue. If you have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher, we ask you not to attend the workshop.


⁃ Refrain from coming to the venue if you seem to have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, or simply not feeling well.


⁃ Bring your face mask to cover your nose and mouth. Those aged 2 years or above without wearing a face mask are not permitted to enter the venue.


⁃ Wash and disinfect your hands frequently. Hand sanitizers are placed at the reception desk.


⁃ We will partially change the seating arrangement and stage direction to maintain social distancing.


⁃ We will not have photo shooting after the workshop for the time being.


To caregivers

Each workshop is prepared only for the admission ages. Small children excluding the admission ages such as participants’ siblings are not allowed to attend the workshop. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.


On participating in workshops:

⁃ The workshop is conducted only in Japanese.


⁃ The check-in will start 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.


⁃ Companions (Middle school students or older) are required to purchase tickets.

⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials.


*The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event.


*Nursing room is available.


*Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop has started. Please allow enough time to get into the venue.


*Please join with easy-to-move outfits.


*There are certain movements for a pair of one child and one companion during some of the workshops. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.


*Due to unavoidable circumstances, all workshop programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations.


*Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required.)
