Period for accepting refund requests: Until Friday, July 31 2020 (The request submission must be postmarked by the deadline.)
How to request a refund (By post only) Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office. *Used tickets are not refundable. Refunds will only be provided for tickets with a stub attached.

Please follow the below precautions. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. ⁃ Our staff members conduct temperature screening for all those who are entering the venue. If you have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher, we ask you not to attend the workshop. ⁃ Refrain from coming to the venue if you seem to have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, or simply not feeling well. ⁃ Bring your face mask to cover your nose and mouth. Those aged 2 years or above without wearing a face mask are not permitted to enter the venue. ⁃ Wash and disinfect your hands frequently. Hand sanitizers are placed at the reception desk. ⁃ We will partially change the seating arrangement and stage direction to maintain social distancing. ⁃ We will not have photo shooting after the workshop for the time being. |

Each workshop is prepared only for the admission ages. Small children under the admission ages such as participants’ siblings are not allowed to attend the workshop. Your understanding would be highly appreciated. |
On participating in workshops: |
⁃ The workshops are conducted only in Japanese. ⁃ The check-in will start 45 minutes prior to the designated start time. It requires some time for event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket). Please allow enough time to get into the venue. ⁃ Check-in booth: Recital Hall, Foyer ⁃ Photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. *The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event. *Nursing room is available. (only classes for 6 months-3 years old / 19 months-4 years old) *Late-comers are not allowed to enter once the workshop has started. Please allow enough time to get into the venue. *Please join with easy-to-move outfits. *Due to unavoidable circumstances, all workshop programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations. *Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. A limited number of children is accepted.) Reservation must be made by Fri, Jun 12, 17:00. |
