For those who purchased the tickets at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office, please follow the below steps for a refund.

Period for accepting refund requests: Sat, Apr 11, 2020-Thu, Apr 30, 2020 (By post: the request must be postmarked by the deadline.)

How to request a refund onsite or by post

1. Onsite

Please bring your tickets to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

2. By post

Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

Your name (Japanese phonetics included)

Your telephone number

The total number of your purchased tickets

Your bank account information (Please leave a note if you do not have your bank account in Japan.)—bank name, branch name, account holder (Japanese phonetics included), account type (checking or savings), account number

*If you have purchased with tickets for other events, only the ticket issuing fee will be refunded.

⁃ Purchased online: system service charge ([200yen+tax] per ticket), ticket issuing fee ([100yen+tax] per ticket), payment service charge ([150yen+tax] per transaction, applied only if you paid at 7-Eleven)

*If you have purchased with tickets for other events, only the system service charge and ticket issuing fee will be refunded.

⁃ Purchased with payment by bank transfer: Postage fee for sending the ticket ([473yen+tax] per transaction)

*If you have purchased with tickets for other events, the postage fee is not refundable.

3. Postage fee for sending back tickets (in case you mailed to return your tickets on requesting the refund)
