The reimbursed cash for the ticket purchased at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office will be sent by registered mail from Seiji Ozawa Music Academy’s Secretariat for the Performance in Tokyo.

Please send back your tickets with the following information to the below address by Acceptance-recorded Mail (Tokutei Kiroku Yubin) by Friday, April 10, 2020.

*The completion of sending reimbursement is scheduled to be between the end of April and the end of May in 2020.

*You will not get refunded in case the tickets are not sent back by the due date.

*The ticket without the stub is not refundable.

*In case the mail with refunded cash is sent back to the secretariat, being expired of the retention period, the secretariat will deduct 600yen (per mail) from the refunded cost as a postal fee when requested for resending it.
