Since the rescheduled date will be May 2021 or later, which has not been fixed yet, please be informed that all tickets purchased are going to be refunded. Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.

For those who purchased the tickets at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office, please follow the below steps for a refund.

Period for accepting refund requests: Sun, Mar 8, 2020-Sun, Apr 19, 2020 (By post: the request must be postmarked by the deadline.)

How to request a refund onsite or by post

Please bring your tickets to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

2. By post

Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.
