Since the rescheduled date has not been decided yet, please be informed that　all tickets purchased are going to be refunded.

For those who purchased the tickets at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office, please follow the below steps for a refund.

Period for accepting refund requests: Sun, Jan 26, 2020-Sat, Feb 15, 2020 (By post: the request must be postmarked by the deadline.)

How to request a refund onsite or by post

1. Onsite

Please bring your tickets to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

2. By post

Please send your tickets and a sheet of paper filled out with the following information to the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Box Office.

Your name (Japanese phonetics included)

Your telephone number

The total number of your purchased tickets

Your bank account information (Please leave a note if you do not have your bank account in Japan.)—bank name, branch name, account holder (Japanese phonetics included), account type (checking or savings), account number

*If you have purchased with tickets for other events, only the system service charge and ticket issuing fee will be refunded.

⁃ Purchased with payment by bank transfer: postage fee for sending the ticket ([473yen+tax] per transaction)

*If you have purchased with tickets for other events, the postage fee is not refundable.
