* Check-in place: Ota City Residents Hall (Aprico), Entrance of Small Hall * There will be an event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket) at check-in. Please allow enough time to get into the reception. * Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. * Nursing room is available for the classes for those under 3 years of age. * Please join with easy-to-move outfits. * There are certain movements for a group of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staff cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion. * If the program allows a limited number of companions per child participant, then only companions within that limit may enter the venue. * The program is subject to change under certain circumstances. * Child care service is available.
