Prior to the opera performance of the Summer Festival Opera 2019-20 Japan↔Tokyo↔World coming in July, we are excited to showcase the fascination of opera with a pre-event! At the stage of "Roppongi Art Night," an art spectacular located in the Roppongi district, the pre-event features live performances of opera singers and an electronic organ accompaniment led by a talk by Satoshi Asaoka, a concert sommelier.

The Summer Festival Opera 2019-20 Japan↔Tokyo↔World is a 2-year international opera project in line with the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020. The festival is headed by a conductor Kazushi Ono, the General Producer, and features singers from all over the world. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Bunka Kaikan have been hosting pre-events to introduce this project to the public.
The visitors for this pre-event will have a chance to get Tokyo 2020's promotional badges distributed at the venue. (The numbers are limited.)
