Application Form (The form is provided only in Japanese.) * Participants will be determined by lot if the number of applications exceeds the limit. The result notification of the lot will be emailed to all applicants between Mon, Dec 25 and Tue, Dec 26. The application remains open as long as the application number does not exceed the limit. * Participants must pay the fee at the venue on the workshop day. |

* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese. * Check-in place: 1st floor lobby * Please come to the reception with the full members of the attending group. * Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. * Nursing room is available for the classes for those under 3 years of age. * There are certain movements for a group of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion. * Please join with easy-to-move outfits. * The program is subject to change under certain circumstances. * Child care service is available.
