* The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event. Participants or companions other than those of the eligible ages are not admitted.


* We may verify the attendee’s age at ticket purchase or the venue on the day of the event.

On participating in workshops

* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese.


* Check-in place: Foyer of the RUPIA HALL (3rd floor)


* The seat number will be assigned at check-in. Please come to the reception with the full members of the attending group.


* Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording and press visiting may occur during the workshop, and that we limit the use of photographs and video recordings to the workshop archives and our publicity materials. Please also note we may use the photographs in print publications such as brochures and online including our website.


* Nursing room is available.


* Please join with easy-to-move outfits.


* It is prohibited to take photographs or recordings of any kind including videos during the workshop.


* There are certain movements for a group of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staffs cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.


* The program is subject to change under certain circumstances.


* Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. A limited number of children is accepted.)
