Application Form (The form is provided only in Japanese.) * Participants will be determined by lot if the number of applications exceeds the limit. The result notification of the lot will be sent by email to all the applicants during Thu, Dec 22-Fri, Dec 23. As long as the application number does not exceed the limit, the application remains open. * Participants must pay the fee at the venue on the workshop day. |

* This workshop is conducted only in Japanese. * Check-in place: 3rd floor reception at the foyer of Small Hall * The seat number will be assigned at check-in. Please come to the reception with the full members of the attending group. * Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials. * Please join with easy-to-move outfits. * The program is subject to change under certain circumstances. * Child care service is available.
