Information
On participating in workshops
* Some programs are conducted only in Japanese.
* The check-in will start 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.
* The admission ages are determined as of the actual date of the event.
Participants or companions other than those of the eligible ages are not admitted.
* We may verify the attendee’s age at ticket purchase or the venue on the day of the event.
* There will be an event insurance registration (the fee is included in the ticket) at check-in. Please allow enough time to get into the reception.
* Attendees must agree to the term that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop for our publicity materials.
* Nursing room is available for the classes for those under 3 years of age.
* Please join with easy-to-move outfits.
* Only an adult cannot participate alone with tickets for 2 people (1 child & 1 adult).
* There are certain movements for a group of one child and one or more companions during the workshop. Please note that the staff cannot assist in case 2 children participate with one companion.
* The programs are subject to change under certain circumstances.
* Child care service is available. (Reservation and fee required. A limited number of children is accepted.)
